"Simple install and looks great"
I ordered this from Schoolhouse and was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to put up. The instructions were clear, and the whole install went faster than I expected. If you’re looking for something that doesn’t turn into a big project, this is a solid option.

"Site was kind of frustrating to use"
I was trying to get around the website it was annoying, well, maybe not the worst, but definitely more frustrating than it should’ve been. Pages took a while to load, and finding basic stuff ended up taking way longer than I expected

I had a question about my order and, i was kind of expecting the usual annoying wait. But they got back to me fast, and the reply actually made sense. It didn’t feel like some random copy-paste message, which was a relief. Always puts me in a better mood when customer service just helps instead of making the whole thing more stressful.

I ordered a light from Schoolhouse and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly it shipped. From my experience, the process was easy, I got tracking not long after ordering, and the package arrived in about a week. The box showed up in good condition too, which I always appreciate with lighting. I’m knocking off one star because the delivery estimate at checkout felt a bit vague, but overall I had a solid experience and don’t really have any complaints

"Return was super easy"
I ended up having to return a light because it just didn’t work in my space. i think it was more bad timing on my part than anything else. The return process was really simple, the label came through quickly, and my refund showed up faster than I expected. No hassle at all

I ordered a light fixture from schoolhouse because it looked really nice online, but umm, once it arrived, it just didn’t feel as solid as I expected for the price. The design is pretty, but the fixture felt a little flimsy, and I noticed a small scratch in the finish right away.

One of the parts also didn’t line up quite right, which was frustrating. Customer service was okay, not awful or anything, but overall I was expecting better quality. It works fine, but I don’t really feel like it was worth what I paid

"Looks nice, but I expected a bit more"
I ordered a light fixture from Schoolhouse and, to be fair, it does look really nice once it’s up. The style is exactly what I was going for. But for the price, I expected the build quality to be better. A few edges felt a little rough, and one piece didn’t line up quite right during installation, which was frustrating. It works fine, but it doesn’t really feel as premium as I hoped it would. Overall, a bit disappointing.

"Nice light, but I still feel like I overpaid"
I bought a ceiling light from schoolhouse it does look really nice once it’s on. The brightness is good too, not too harsh, which I appreciate. That said, the price still bugs me a bit. For what it cost, I kind of expected the install to be smoother, and it took longer than I wanted. I’m happy with how it looks overall, but I can’t say I’m totally convinced it was worth the money.

"Finish didn’t match the photos"
I ordered a light fixture and the finish ended up looking a bit different in person than it did online. It’s more dull than the pictures made it seem. It’s not awful and I can still use it, but I was expecting it to look closer to what was shown. Shipping was fine, but I also wasn’t really sure what the next steps were if I wanted to return or exchange it, which was kind of frustrating.

"Warranty support was smooth, but not perfect"
I had a small issue with my lamp, and Schoolhouse took care of it under warranty quickly. The support team was helpful and I didn’t feel like I was getting the runaround, which I appreciated. That said, I do wish the lamp hadn’t had a problem in the first place, especially for the price. Overall though, the warranty process was easy and handled well.

"Great light, pricey shipping"
Got a light from Schoolhouse and I’m happy with it. Feels well made, looked just like I hoped, and arrived packed solid, no dents, no issues.
Only knock is shipping. It felt a bit steep for the order, and definitely made me hesitate at checkout. I’d still buy again, just wish delivery cost less...

"My order showed up quickly..."
My order showed up quickly, so my brain immediately went, “Great, this went smoothly.” But then I opened it and two of the items weren’t the ones I picked. Customer service did get back to me, but not super fast, and I still had to go through the hassle of sending things back. For what I paid, I expected it to be a lot less annoying.

I’ve been using it for a few months now and it still feels solid. It’s got a little bit of wear here and there, nothing crazy, just the usual scuffs and stuff from regular use. Overall, it’s sturdy and hasn’t given me any real problems.

I really like the overall look of the designs, and they definitely have a clean, stylish vibe. Some pieces are nice, though a few are so simple they almost look like something you could find for less elsewhere. Still, they do look good if you don’t mind paying a bit extra.

"Really solid packaging"
Got my Schoolhouse order and yeah. Packed really well. The box felt sturdy. Plenty of padding inside too. Nothing scratched. Nothing bent. I always get a little nervous with lighting and home stuff in the mail, but this showed up in perfect shape. Small thing. Still made a really good first impression.

"Wish I’d Ordered It Sooner"
I ordered this from schoolhouse.com i was kind of bracing myself for the usual furniture-assembly headache. But the instructions were super clear, everything was labeled well, and the pictures actually made sense, which I really appreciated.
It took me a little under an hour, and I didn’t have to backtrack or redo anything. The parts felt sturdy and lined up the way they were supposed to. My only regret is not buying it earlier, because this was way less stressful than I expected.
